These terms govern your use of Signature OS (the "Service"), available at mailsign.vikashkhanal.in and operated by Khanal Techno Services, 191, Gali No. 1, Bhawani Enclave, Basai, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana 122006, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Signature OS lets organisations design email signatures and deploy them to their employees' Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Features available depend on the plan purchased.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organisation. You must be authorised by your organisation to connect its Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant.

3. Trial, plans and payment

New organisations get a free trial of 3 days for up to 3 active employees. After the trial the Service costs ₹75 per active user per month. Plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months for the number of users chosen, at the prices shown in the Service at the time of purchase, in Indian Rupees. No GST is charged, as Khanal Techno Services is not registered under GST; if it registers in future, GST will be added only to purchases made after that date and shown before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited; we do not store card, UPI or bank details. A plan starts when payment is verified and ends at the end of the period purchased. Users added during a period are charged pro rata for the days remaining. Plans do not renew automatically. When a trial or plan ends, signatures already deployed remain, but deploying changes and adding employees are paused until a plan is bought.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to send spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and employee data you add. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is". Third-party platforms (Google, Microsoft, Razorpay) may change or limit their services, which can affect features.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
